Ray, Dr. Berridge's assistant, was so kind and helpful. Dr. Berridge, himself, was very patient, calming and reassuring. He answered every question completely, explaining the why and how a procedure would be done. He talked through several of my concerns so thoroughly that I felt completely comfortable with making the best, most informed decision for my situation. After Dr. Berridge's examination he determined my best course of action would not be with his service, but to go with a different procedure performed elsewhere. This confirmed my dentist's approach. Dr. Berridge's, honesty and thoroughness certified be was doing the absolute best "for the patient" even though it would not be with them. Dr. Berridge and his staff made me feel I could call on them for any future questions and they would always help. I left feeling calm and confident that the choice of treatment is the best for me - but also, that Dr. Berridge would be my definite choice, and recommendation, if his expertise is needed. Nov. 2024 I had a second issue where I was referred to Dr. Berridge. Previously knowing his professional skill and care, I was very pleased to have him do the procedure. After the initial consultation, he made me feel completely informed and calm. He pulled a tooth and did an implant at the same time. Amazingly, I felt absolutely no pain during the procedure, nor did I have any pain or discomfort afterward. Dr. Berridge was patient, calming and reassuring during the procedure and I was surprised how quickly it was over. He has a most calming and trustworthy attitude - but, more importantly, his care and concern are sincere. You are also treated with true concern and care by everyone in the facility at all times. I am truly thankful to Dr. Berridge for making this procedure easy, pain-free and perfect, but most of all, I thank him for his care.
