The Sandhills staff were super kind and helpful, as well as the doctors and dental assistants who helped my mom with her surgery. They were supportive before, during and after her procedure which we deeply appreciate it !

The guy does great work, and you cannot take that from him as far as his skills are concerned. But as far as my experience here as the customer has been great up until I called one day to inquire "why he did not follow up with my current dentist" like he said he would, and he got an attitude with me. Instead of Gary T. Jones empathizing with me and understanding why I was a little frustrated, he calls me (the customer) to tell me how I has rude. My primary dentist was waiting on him to contact them, so they could figure out what was needed to move forward, and he failed to understand that. So, he gives me a verbal lashing over the phone and stated one of his other members was offended because I was not in the mood to talk during my previous visit. The staff was nice and polite, but I was not in the mood for talking, and one of his staff members was easily offended because I did not want to talk. Yes, that is correct. Since when are you required to talk to someone? People are so damn sensitive nowadays. I even stated to the lady NICELY that you are nice, but I am just not in the mood for talking. Her feelings were hurt by that of course, and Mr. Jones brought that matter to my attention and made it seem as if I was wrong instead of asking me what happened first. There are always 2 sides of a story. He even told me that he has to reconsider if I can come back to that facility. Not sure if I want to now anyway. If you are a person of COLOR, I strongly suggest you reconsider going there because if you are a direct or outspoken person like me, you just may offend one of his sensitive staff members or even him by asking him questions. What makes matter worse is he still has not contacted my dentist even though he said it out his own mouth that he was going to do that. Me dentist told me not to go back there. I told the people I knew about this, and they laughed at whole matter. smh

I recently had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Aycock, he was very professional and willing to explain any and everything to you as a patient. The procedure went very smoothly and I was able to recover within 2 weeks, overall it was a very good experience.
