Dr Gary Jones has placed two dental implants for me and I can honestly say that he is the most competent dental professional that has ever done any type of dental procedure on me. I had absolutely no pain either during or anytime after the procedures. The implants are as good as real teeth in terms of appearance or chewing ability. And after three years, no problems whatsoever. I highly recommend Dr. Jones to anyone needing any type of oral surgery because I do not believe you could find a better oral surgeon.......anywhere.

Dr Jones Oral Surgeon and Dr. Lupcus anesthesiologist... Both did a AWESOME JOB in extracting 3 of my wisdom teeth... and it was a difficult task since I have a very small mouth. The support team were very nice to me and very professional as well. I HIGHLY recommend them for any teeth extraction that you might need done...

My dentist recommended that I have my wisdom teeth removed and referred me to an oral surgeon. I visited one and observed the high end office, but it's customer service was very low end. Their initial presentation and conversations were not welcoming and assumptive. On the other hand, the dentist was pleasant. Several internal warnings kept firing off. I've decided to go somewhere else. I also will let my primary dentist know of my experience as this can reflect on them, too. We all have choices. They chose to have low customer service Towards me and eliminated me as a customer aka income. I know money speaks in business and they won't be getting any of mine.

TERRIBLE!!! I WENT IN AND FILLED OUT THE DOCTOR FORM, TURNED IT AND WAITED FOR 2 HOURS AND A HALF TO GET SERVICE FOR SURGERY FOR MY BABY BOY. FIRST THING THE DOCTOR DR. GERALD W. BEATTY ASKED ME "ARE YOU HISPANIC"? "DO YOU KNOW ENGLISH 100%"? I SAID YES I WAS HISPANIC AND I WAS BEING HONEST THAT I KNEW ENGLISH 70%. THEN HE TOLD ME "I CAN'T DO SURGERY BECAUSE YOU DON'T KNOW ENGLISH 100%", THEN I SAID I HAVE TWO TEENAGERS THAT TALK ENGLISH PERFECTLY.ALSO HE SAID "I DON'T WANT TO WASTE MY TIME. NO, HE REFUSED TO DO SURGERY BECAUSE I COULDN'T TALK ENGLISH VERY WELL, AND HE WOULDN'T LET MY CHILDREN DO TRANSLATION. VERY RACIST HE STARED AT ME AND MY BOY LIKE BUGS. THIS IS NO DOCTOR. HAS ZERO RESPECT AT ALL. HIS STAFF WERE QUITE RUDE ALSO. I TOLD HIM I DROVE ABOUT 1 AND 30 MINUTESS JUST TO GET THIS SURGERY. YOU KNOW WHAT HE SAID? "FIND SOMEONE IN YOUR TOWN WHO IS HISPANIC TO HAVE THE SURGERY" VERY RUDE. I DO NOT, NEVER RECCOMMEND THIS DOCTOR TO ANY PEOPLE WHO DO NOT SPEAK ENGLISH VERY WELL AND WHO WANT TO GET TREATED LIKE TRASH. I DON'T THINK THIS IS FAIR AT ALL, AT ALL!! WE ARE ALL ALIKE AND I AM TIRED OF THIS. TERRIBLE STAFF AND EVERYTHING.
