I wish I could express all my gratitude on this one little review but the amount of stress Dr. Berridge and his staff relieved me of cannot be summed up. I have been attending the same dentist and dental specialist in Fayetteville for 7 years and have never received even a morsel Of the care I received today at Sandhills Oral Surgery. I will definitely be transferring my care. I was treated like a human being, not judged whatsoever for my dental decisions, and was talked to kindly and professionally about my dental care and what to do to maximize my dental implant life. I’m not usually on the receiving end of such kindness and generosity so I was beyond disbelief and left shocked at how well I had been treated. I will 100% be more than willing to continue my care with these professionals. It’s people like you that make a difference to people’s everyday lives, thank you so much!

I have removed my original review to replace with this one. I had a minor billing issue and the office manager reached out to me directly about resolving the issue. Mrs. Cearra, the office manager went above and beyond to help get my account sorted out, she had already fixed the issue on my behalf and just thoroughly explained everything to me. I was seen for a tooth extraction and the doctor who performed the procedure did an excellent job as well, I healed up in such a short time and everything healed very well.
