From the moment I walked into the office I felt immediately at home. The staff are courteous and competent and timely. I was fully informed of the procedure by Dr. Berridge in terms that I could understand and he took plenty of time with me to make sure I was comfortable. The financial people were thorough in explaining my costs upfront, I really appreciated that. On the day of the procedure they again explained fully what they were doing and assured that I was comfortable throughout. Follow-up has been thorough.
