Had all my wisdom teeth pulled today by Dr. Gary Jones. I must say, I was a little nervous being under local anesthesia but his demeanor and calm voice helped me get through it. Highly recommend this office. All of the office staff were very friendly and nice. Not one attitude!

It’s hard to explain how grateful and impressed I am with Dr. Aycock and his staff Bree (Nurse) and Nichole (assistant). I had an emergency on a Friday afternoon, the office was closing in 30 minutes when I called to ask for help. Dr. Aycock was on his way out the door when heard about my situation and made the decision to stay and wait for me. When I showed up the receptionist knew who I was, immediately brought Nichole (assistant) up to get me and immediately gave me x-rays. Within minutes I was in the pre-op room talking with Dr. Aycock, whom by the way came in with a great attitude and was comforting beyond expectations. Nichole was amazing too, she was eager to help and was very knowledgeable about everything that was going on. When they took me back for surgery Dr. Aycock assured me I was in good hands. Because I was a new patient and they had no prior experience or record of my medical history they couldn’t put me to sleep. I’m sure there is a better explanation but it couldn’t be done is all I know. He assured me I wouldn’t feel a thing and I’ll tell you, I did not feel a thing. He was super personable and made me feel safe after having a horrible experience at a dentist office (reason I was there). Bree (Nurse) was very professional and absolutely knew her business. Maybe even kept Dr. Aycock on his toes a little bit. Everything went perfect and I left with no pain or anxious feeling. It truly felt like a God send. So, I obviously can only write a brief description of my experience with limited details but I will never go anywhere else for dental procedures as long as this office is around. Thank you Sandhills for being the best! My heart goes out to you and your staff and I will always be an advocate for you guys.
