If you've ever had something unexpected show up in in your health then you know the process of getting answers can be particularly grueling, mentally in addition to physically. After being funneled through several providers about some concerning spots in my mouth, I finally reached out to this facility and landed under their care. They have a beautiful lobby where the staff are very pleasant and welcoming. From scheduling to financing, each person went above and beyond to follow-up with me and swiftly meet my needs. Dr. Aycock handled my case with utmost professionalism and sensitivity from start to finish. I have a history of dental trauma and he masterfully assuaged my fears while I went through the biopsy process. He was informative but also very careful to prioritize my peace which helped me maintain that mindset. My procedure was fairly quick and comfortable, with heated blankets included! Everything was nearly seamless, aside from some necessary stitches, and I was treated very well. I have no doubt that I was under the best care possible for such a sensitive matter. I highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs a soft landing while going through hard circumstances concerning their oral health.

Dr. Jones and staff are very knowledgeable and experienced in this field of Dental work. If you need implants this is the place to go and get the work done correctly. The process beginning to end was done with the best expertise by all the friendly staff members. I am real happy with my implant and was glad I chose to do it.

I was filled with dread and fear when I went to see Dr. Aycock to have my tooth extracted. It turned out to be a surprisingly pleasant experience. Dr. Aycock explained everything in detail before surgery. The room was quite cool so I was offered a nice warm blanket. Dr. Aycock talked to me through the whole procedure making sure I was comfortable and in no pain. Amazingly I never felt any pain whatsoever, even from the injections. Afterwards I had no pain, swelling, bleeding or anything and everything healed perfectly by the time of my first follow-up appointment. I've never had such a good experience at a dental office, from the front office at check-in to the actual procedure.
