From the initial phone call with Ms. Jaleah, the procedure with Dr. Jones, and the post op surgery follow- up, absolutely everything about this experience was exceptional. Jaleah was so courteous and professional on the phone and she provided me with everything up front so I could complete the paperwork prior to my scheduled procedure. The consult with Dr. Jones and his wonderful staff was superb and Dr. Jones was pin-point accurate on how long the procedure would take to complete the oral surgery. Dr. Jones and his staff could not be anymore helpful, skilled and friendly. One of few Dr.’s office where you get a genuine sense of caring about their patients. He takes care of my whole family including my 84 year old mother. You will never go wrong choosing this practice.

To say that this office is amazing is an understatement. The office staff got me in immediately on a Wednesday less than 24 hours after getting a referral. Saw Dr Karlen and Sabrina on Wednesday and they scheduled me for surgery on Friday. The situation took a turn for the worse over night in to Thursday and they got me in first thing Thursday morning for an emergency surgery. From referral to completion of surgery was 48 hours. The entire staff from the front desk Admins to the Planning Coordinator to the Nurses and Techs to Dr Karlen and his Surgical Tech Sabrina: Every one of them and their process was absolutely flawless. If you are in need of an Oral Surgeon I 100% will recommend them every single time.
