Fantastic experience. I saw Dr Josh Berridge and liked him the minute we meet. He exudes confidence and capability without saying a word. Prior to seeing him I had a terrible and very painful experience with a different practice. Dr Berridge had to redo their work. He put in two implants and I had very little discomfort, I took one Ibuprofen after the surgery and one the following day and that was it. Highly qualified and a great staff. Dr. Jones and his colleagues are absolutely amazing! They accepted my unique case and have done a wonderful job! My front tooth will be permanent once again very soon. Growing up, I’ve always been afraid of dentists, that is until my son Sam Bright became a dentist. During covid, I fell, and my front tooth broke off at the gum. I was horrified. I called my son. He assured me that his friend Dr Gary Jones would help me with my issue. Dr. Jones was very professional and explaining every step I would be going through to get an implant. I was anxious at first. As promised, when Dr. Jones began the procedure, he explained each step to prepare me. He and his attending staff were very gentle. I would recommend Dr Gary Jones to anyone needing an implant, from a very satisfied patient.

I came by Google searching and was drawn to the facility because of the high rating. Now I have come to increase that rating because of the quality care I got! After having my N32 wisdom tooth extracted by Dr. Jones, and the quickest recovery I have ever had after a tooth extraction, I can say with confidence that you have one of the best oral surgeon in Dr. Jones. For what I did and how great I felt afterwards, if I was asked to pay three times more, I would. Great value for money. Super relaxing environment. Kind staff! Thank you to all the amazing assistants at Sandhills. Thank you, Dr. Jones. I went in afraid because I have very low pain threshold but he was done before I could start asking when I would feel the expected pain. He did ensure I was most comfortable throughout the procedure. My nerve was preserved so as crown just before the extracted tooth. I stopped taking my recommended pain medication after the following day. And recovery has been very good.
