Dr. Gary Jones and his staff are incredible. I had an infected tooth and nerve root that needed to be treated asap. I live in Pinehurst and was told that I would have to wait more than 2 months to see the oral surgeon for a consult. Luckily, someone told me to call Dr. Jones who was able to see me for the consult within 10 days and the two procedures were scheduled the following week. It has been ten months since the procedure and the implant was successful and the treatment on my other tooth was also a success. The procedures were painless and the follow-up care was excellent. His office has state of the art equipment. The hour drive each way to his office is worth it. Hopefully I will not need his services again, but if I do, I would definitely return.

Their new building is an Amazing!!!! The staff is so pleasant and sweet. From front desk to those working on you and even the billing people. They go out of their way to help you from start to finish. I can tell you!! As a person who has had 1 cavity in life (cause that’s all it took for me as kid to make sure I always took care of my teeth!). I was extremely fallout scared!! They we’re aware and they took every measure possible to provide me a comfortable environment. Gave a cuddly blanket and the kindest person held my hand. (Not to mention they have the best lip balm in waiting room for anyone that visits!!) I know she had other things to do but that level of care and kindness is huge!! Dr Jones was the best!! He took his time and made sure I understood everything that was happening. Most importantly!!!!!!!! NO Pain!!! It is so warm and inviting and a clam space! I know it expensive for most of us to get large dental work even with insurance. However the level of professionalism and care here. It’s like take my money! I would not go anywhere else. No offend. I never want to have to back!! But I will recommend them to anyone!!! ❤️❤️ I’m sorry I don’t remember everyone’s name. But THANK YOU!!!! Know that you are appreciated! You made a very terrified person feel comfort and cared for. A++++++😊
