Sandhills Oral Surgery
Patient Review
I was referred by my general dentist to have a tooth extracted and an implant done. From the moment I arrived I was greeted by a courteous and professional staff who were helpful in every way. Dr. Jones was absolutely wonderful throughout my entire treatment and follow up. His skill and technique is fabulous and I had no pain whatsoever. He is one of the finest dentists I have ever had work in my mouth and would highly recommend him to anyone. Thank you for your expertise!

I am a referring dentist in Fayetteville and had a patient yesterday with significant swelling and pain that I could not relate to his teeth. After a thorough dental exam, the source of the swelling was still a mystery and a big concern. I called Sandhills Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and, in this situation, Dr. Carey was able to see the patient right away. We communicated by text message his findings and it turned out to be an infected nasal follicle. Dr. Carey was able to help the patient get the relief he was seeking and when I called the patient later that evening, he raved about how nice everyone was and how appreciative he was for getting him in so quickly. My applause to Dr. Carey for being an expert extension of our team. Great Job!!!-------Sincerest thanks, Chessica Logue at Hedgecoe Dentistry

Never even got to my appointment because the receptionists apparently didn't know how to be receptionists. Every time I called, my appointment time had changed and they never bothered to call and let me know. Receptionists were always rude or sarcastic as well, I told them I would be taking my business elsewhere after wasting over a month trying to be seen there.

I was refereed to Sandhills by my primary dentist, When I arrived for my appt I gave the lady working the front my BCBS dental ins card. I filled out my paper work and was taken back for consultation. Then they had me come out to pay before they worked on my tooth. This is when they told me that they only had one in network insurance and that was Delta Dental and I would had had to pay the entire bill. I had to pay 95.00 for consultation . Why did they not tell me when I handed them my insurance card that it was out of network. Will not recommend them.
