Surgery went well but the lady who handles billing is rude and a LIAR. Also Sandhills charges 340% more than our insurance pays.

I noticed when I was in the office that they were pushing the Care Credit to all the patients. So I decided to apply for an account with care credit and estimated a $3,000 limit. My wife had lasik done on her eyes and it was $4,000 and they gave her 24 months no interest, using Care Credit. My procedure was about $2,043.00 after insurance and this office only offers 6-months no interest. Then it is 26.99% APR. That means my monthly payment will be $340.50, that's almost the same as my car payment. Watch out for this because they didn't tell me anything about this until the appointment for my procedure. It is up to the office to decide the terms of their billing. I would recommend using caution or checking around with other offices.

Wonderful!!! Who says that about a dental appointment right....the schedule coordinator got me in quickly and on a day that was conventient for me (much appreciated). Dr Beatty had the tooth removed before I realized it. I thought I'd be there a while but with Dr Beatty's skill and years of experience I was walking out before I knew it. Like I said WONDERFUL. I thought his staff were very friendly and knowledgable . My appointment was on a Monday a day most people are still getting over the weekend but this group seem to be enjoying their day. I heard laughing, saw a lot of smiles and was told repeatedly have a great day. I highly recommend this practice. I had a very good experience. Thank you Dr Beatty and thanks to your great staff.
