Dr. Jones and all the staff at Sandhills Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery are AMAZING! I am an oral and maxillofacial surgeon practicing in California. I had attended a dental implant conference in Chicago this past November and saw Dr. Jones lecture. I had the good fortune of speaking to him about complex implant cases and he invited me to his office to shadow him. Two weeks ago I spent 4 days at Sandhills and it was an experience I will never forget. Dr. Jones is a skilled, personable, genuine and caring surgeon. He performs procedures with precision and efficiency, getting an ideal result for his patients every time. He is warm and laughs with all of his patients, putting them at ease during what could be a stressful time. Above all, he cares about his patients' best interests and works tirelessly for them, including constantly being in contact with the referring dentists to ensure everyone is aware of the treatment plan and care provided. Beyond Dr. Jones' consummate professionalism and bedside manner, he is a patient and generous teacher (and a great person for that matter). During my visit he answered hundreds of my questions and reviewed an upcoming challenging case of mine. Dr. Jones even spent his lunches going over some of his previous lectures he's given to other dentists and oral surgeons. While I was there I discovered how extensively Dr. Jones lectures to dental professionals and hosts hands on clinical courses in his office. He is an educator and a clinician--a rarity in our field. Dr. Jones' staff are incredible. His office manager, Becky, is the sweetest & most thoughtful woman. She took care of me better than my own office manager does! I was floored. All of Dr. Jones' nursing and assisting staff are nice and great with patients as well. I got to work closely with Lindsay, Donna, and Briana who were not only top notch surgical assistants but friendly to boot. Everyone I met at Sandhills was great, from the moment I arrived in Fayetteville to when I left at the end of the week. Another great thing about his office is that he has all the newest technology to be able to bring cutting edge dentistry and surgery to his patients. If I were to need any oral surgery in the future, I know I will be contacting Dr. Jones!

I had been to Sandhills before about 10 or 11 years ago when my teenage daughter needed her wisdom teeth removed and remembered the excellent service. This time was different as this was my first experience in getting a dental implant and the staff put my concerns and worries to ease right away. They took excellent care of me, made sure that I was in no pain whatsoever, answered all my questions and most importantly I felt that I was in good hands. I highly recommend Dr. Jones and his staff and will continue to come here for my future needs.

My experience here was amazing! I was super nervous and honestly scared about getting my wisdom teeth removed, but every staff member that I came in contact with from the moment I first called to step up an appointment were all extremely nice, comforting, personable, and professional! Dr. Carey did an excellent job with the procedure and he was also very approachable, down to earth, and understanding of my many questions! I also had the best nurses, Ms. Lori and Ms. Diana, and assistants, Ms. Danielle and Ms. Geri! They all were amazing when explaining everything before (while I was freaking out) and after the procedure in recovery to my Fiancé (while I was out of it)! I can’t thank y’all enough for getting me through it! If you have any surgical needs and you want the best, definitely give them a call!
