Dr. Gary Jones and his staff were very professional and courteous. While during my gingival graft surgery, Dr. Jones and his staff made me feel very comfortable during the surgery. Dr. Jones explained what he was doing and asked if I was ok. When I had questions, he and his staff answered them. The graft was a success and I am very pleased.

My service from Dr. Jones was a tooth implant surgery over the last several months with the molding and tooth insert by my local dentist. My experience with Dr. Jones and all of the staff at Sandhills Oral and Implant Dentistry of Fayetteville could not have been more professional and friendly. My procedure there was one in which the details were throughly explained to me, thus alleviating any concerns that I may have had. If you can define dental procedures as great or wonderful that would describe my experience at Sandhills Oral Surgery and Implant Dentistry. I was terrified when I walked into their office. My initial visit made me feel much better. Dr. Jones and his staff answered all my questions and shared information about the implant procedure. My implant was delayed due to COVID-19. Staff was quick to reschedule my appointment. On the day of my implant Dr Jones and his staff were excellent! They were reassuring and made me feel comfortable during the entire procedure! I left their office with clear postoperative information. I received a follow up phone call later in the afternoon. I return for my 2 week appointment tomorrow. Excellent care with great staff!!!

Dr. Gary Jones and his team of professionals at Sandhills Oral Surgery and Implant Dentistry are so knowledgeable, caring, and treat each patient with individual attention. You will always be greeted with a smile and the feeling that you are important to them. I had implant surgery at Sandhills. I knew nothing about implant surgery or my other choices. Dr. Jones" consultation allowed me to make a confident and informed decision. During the procedure he explained every part of the surgery, and talked to me throughout to insure my comfort and sense of well-being. I was called at home by a nurse to make sure that I was "on track", and all follow-up visits were quick and reassuring. Anyone that I have ever mentioned Dr. Jones' name to has always had this same response: "I love him!! I will love his practice! He is awesome!" My words exactly!
