Description
As a restorative dentist, understanding the complete treatment picture will help you better communicate with your patients and other team members. Surgeons need to understand the restorative aspect of patient care to provide optimal outcomes for our patients and restorative colleagues. This morning will include live patient care. You will be chairside during extractions with ridge preservation grafting, implant placement, provisional placement, digital impressions and more. Rationale for all surgical procedures and techniques will be discussed during the procedures. You will also be taught some basic surgical principles for extractions and bone grafting.
