Treatment Coordinator
Growing up in Raleigh, North Carolina, Caroline Gehman loved going to visit her mom, who was a dental assistant, at work. Caroline was captivated by the organized, fast-paced skill and compassion shown inside her moms’ workplace. It was from then on that she knew what she wanted to do when she grew up.
When the time came, she relocated to Fayetteville, NC, to attend Fayetteville Technical Community College to pursue her career as a Certified Dental Assistant. In June of 2021, shortly after graduating, Caroline became a member of the Sandhills Oral Surgery team. A people person, Caroline said the favorite part of her job is learning more, interacting, and helping patients on a daily basis. A few months ago, Carolina gracefully took on another role for our team as our Treatment Plan Coordinator, a role she transitioned to with ease. As our Treatment Plan Coordinator, she loves to stay organized and helps give our patients full clarity on the services that will be provided.
When she isn’t helping our patients both on the surgical floor and at the front desk, you can usually find Caroline outdoors. She loves to explore new trails to hike and tackle DIY projects around the house. When the time comes to wind down, Caroline said there’s nothing better than cozying up with a good book to read.
